What you may consider normal wear and tear on your vehicle, can actually result in high charge back fees if you turn in the vehicle with dents, door dings, or hail damage.

• Contact your insurance company and make a claim. A claims adjustor will come to you or send you to a catastrophe team center. We recommend having the vehicle looked at inside a building, under a tent, or in a well shaded area. Hail damage can be difficult to see in the sun’s glare. This will help get an accurate preliminary estimate.
• After the damage is estimated, your insurance company will issue you a check along with a preliminary estimate. Your check will be based on the claim amount minus your deductible. If you have a lien on the vehicle, then the check will be payable to you and the lienholder and you will need their signature on the check.
• Contact Perfection Dent Removal LLC for scheduling your vehicle's repairs. Most hail repairs can be done in 1-2 days.  If for some reason our estimate is higher than the amount the insurance company estimated, we will contact your insurance company for a supplement to cover the additional costs.
